What we collect

When you book a fitting, we store your name, phone number, optional email, the service you're interested in, and any message you write to us. When you visit the studio, we record your body measurements so we can craft garments that fit you. When you place an order, we store invoice, payment, and delivery details.

How we use it

We use your data to schedule your fittings, craft and deliver your orders, follow up after delivery for fit feedback, and (only with your consent) send you occasional updates about new collections or services.

Who else sees it

Your data stays inside our studio's tools and is not sold, shared, or rented to third parties. When you book via WhatsApp or Instagram, those messages are routed through Meta's infrastructure under Meta's privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@basicsandoffbeat.com and we'll act within 30 days.
