Booking

Consultations are free and require no deposit. Order confirmation requires a 50% advance against the quoted price; balance on delivery.

Trials

Two trials are included with every bespoke piece. Additional trials beyond two are billable at our hourly studio rate.

Alterations

Alterations on garments stitched by us are free for the first 30 days after delivery, then quoted on inspection. We do not alter garments stitched elsewhere.

Delivery

Quoted turnaround times start from the day all measurements + the advance payment are received. Wedding rush jobs incur an Express surcharge (quoted upfront).

Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable once cutting has begun on your fabric, because cut cloth is no longer resaleable. Cancellations before cutting incur a 10% admin charge; the rest is refunded within 7 working days.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes resolved in Indore.
